Since opening its doors in 1995, Billy's Stone Crab has updated its exterior and spruced up its main dining room. In recent years, we've launched BSC Fisheries in the Lower Keys near Marathon, FL, and Summerland Key, FL, where we have a dedicated fleet of 40 vessels bringing in daily catches of stone crab, Florida lobster, and fresh fish for our delectable dishes. While Fresh stone crabs are our signature dish, we offer several seafood options. We only serve domestic fish and shellfish harvested in local waters. The quality of our fish is unquestionably superior, as we believe our guests are entitled to only the finest and freshest seafood available. We've developed partnerships with local fishers over the years, ensuring that we acquire the finest of the catch.

Billy's sells only wild shrimp caught in the Florida Keys. You'll never desire farmed shrimp again after tasting a wild Florida Keys shrimp with its distinct flavor and quality. There's nothing quite like the seafood we serve here in South Florida.
