4 Fabulous Cocktails to Pair with Your Favorite Seafood!

When the evening calls for a mixed drink there is usually little consideration given to which flavors pair best with certain menu items, but the idea is catching on. Just like with wine or beer, your objective when choosing a mixed drink is the same. You want it to either compliment the meal or provide the right contrast to round out all the different flavors. Each of the selections we’ve listed below can be used as a guide to finding a combination that will make your mouth water!

We can’t talk about specialty drinks without mentioning the Poinsetta. Made with Cointreau, Cavit Prosecco, and cranberry juice, this bubbly beverage is the perfect match for our succulent stone crabs! Both sweet and tart the flavors play up the taste of the crab without competing with its delicate nature.
